# Business details and branding

## Quick summary

In Settings → Business details, set your legal/business information, logo and colours, your portal subdomain, and marketing and social details. Your branding then appears on payment pages, receipts and the portal (unless a partner's branding takes over for supplier payments).

## Overview

Everything a customer sees—payment pages, receipts, the portal—can carry **your** brand. You set it all up in **Settings → Business details**.

## What you can set

### Business details

Your legal/business information—name, entity details and tax IDs.

### Logo and colours

Upload your **logo** and set your **colours**. The primary colour drives buttons, links and selections on customer-facing pages.

### Subdomain

Your portal's branded address, so customers see your name.

### Marketing and social

Marketing copy and social links for your public presence.

## Where your branding appears

Your logo and colours flow through to **payment pages**, **receipts** and the **portal**.

When you collect on behalf of a **partner** who has partner branding enabled, that partner's brand can take over for those specific payments. See the partner branding guide.

Set your branding before inviting customers to the portal, then preview a payment page to confirm the logo and colours look right.

### Where do I set my business details?
