# Billing, your subscription and add-ons

## Quick summary

In Settings you manage your own Qualy billing information and tax IDs, your subscription and invoices (your plan and what you're billed), and add-ons & integrations you can enable for extra capabilities. This is your relationship with Qualy, distinct from the payments you collect.

## Overview

Separate from the money you **collect**, you have your own relationship with Qualy—your **plan**, **invoices** and the **add-ons** you choose to enable.

## Billing information

In **Settings → Billing information**, store your business details and the **tax IDs** that should appear on your Qualy invoices.

## Subscription and invoices

Your **subscription** shows your current plan and usage; **invoices** show what Qualy bills you.

This is **your** billing with Qualy. The payments you collect from customers, and the tax rates you charge them, are managed elsewhere.

## Pricing for solo and small agents

Qualy isn't only for big teams. If you're a one-person agency or a small office, there's **special pricing** designed for you, so the automation pays for itself even at a smaller scale. Contact Qualy for the details and we'll help you find the right fit.

## Add-ons and integrations

Enable optional **add-ons and integrations** to extend Qualy—such as connecting accounting software. Available add-ons show any **pricing** before you enable them.

Review add-ons periodically—connecting tools you already use (like your accounting software) can remove a lot of manual double-entry.

## Frequently asked questions

### Where do I see my Qualy bill?

In Settings—your subscription and invoices show your plan and what Qualy bills you. Billing information holds your details and tax IDs for those invoices.

### Is this the same as the payments I collect?

No. This is your own relationship with Qualy—your plan and invoices. The payments you collect from customers are separate.

### What are add-ons?

Optional integrations and capabilities you can enable—such as connecting accounting software—from add-ons & integrations.

### Where do I add my tax ID for invoices?

In billing information, where you store the tax IDs that should appear on your Qualy invoices.

### Can I change my plan?

Your subscription details show your current plan; from there you can see usage and options. Contact Qualy if you need to change it.

### Do add-ons cost extra?

Some do. Add-ons & integrations show what's available along with any pricing before you enable them.

### Is there pricing for a solo or small agent?
