Report history lists the reports you've generated, so you can download them again without re-running. Use it to keep track of exports over time.

## Overview

Generated a report last week and need it again? **Report history** keeps your past exports so you can download them without re-running anything.

## Using history

1. Open **Reports** and go to **report history** ("See report history")
2. Find the report you generated
3. **Download** it again when a download is available

History is also a handy record of what you've exported and when—useful for audits and for not duplicating work across a team.

For very large exports, generate once and pull from history thereafter rather than regenerating each time.

### What is report history?

A list of the reports you've already generated, so you can download them again without recreating the export.

### How do I re-download a report?

Open report history, find the report, and download it. There's a clear indication when a download is available.

### Do reports expire?

Reports you've generated are listed in history for you to download. If one is no longer available, simply generate it again.

Yes—history shows your past reports so you can pick the right one by when it was run.
