# Generating reports in Qualy

## Quick summary

## Overview

Your data shouldn't be trapped in Qualy. **Reports** let you export the records you need—as files you can open in a spreadsheet or load elsewhere.

## Choosing what to export

From **Reports**, pick a **data module**. You can export:

- **Customers**, **Payments**, **Payment items**
- **Orders**, **Order items**
- **Splits**, **Payouts**, **Transactions**
- **Partnerships**, **Partnership customers**, **Bank Accounts**
- **Authorizations**, **Import**, **Bulk operations**

## Columns and filters

Choose the **fields** (columns) and **filters** for your export, so the report contains exactly the data you want—no more, no less.

## Generating and downloading

Generate the report and **download** it as a **CSV** file—ready for a spreadsheet or another system. Larger exports are prepared in the background; you'll get a notification and an email when it's ready, and you can safely close the window in the meantime.

For finance and reconciliation, the **Payouts** and **Splits** modules show how each payment was divided and what reached partners—ideal for month-end.

## Finding past reports

Already generated something? It's in your **report history**, listed and ready to download again. See the report history guide.
