Generating Reports in Qualy

You can generate reports in Qualy at any time. Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Reports Menu: Navigate to the reports menu within the Qualy platform.

  2. Select a Pre-made Report: You’ll find several pre-made reports available. For example, you can select “All Contacts” or other relevant reports.

  3. Filter Your Report (Optional): After selecting a report, Qualy usually lets you further filter the results. For example:

    • To view only contacts “in progress,” select the “in progress” filter and click “done.”
    • To see overdue payments after a specific date (e.g., 1st January), select “overdue” as the status, enter the date (e.g., 1st January), and click “done.”
  4. Report Generation: Qualy generates reports in the background. Large reports might take a little while.

  5. Notification: You’ll receive an email notification when your report is ready.

  6. Download and View: You can check the report’s status within Qualy. Once ready, click “download” to get the report. You can then open it using Excel or another spreadsheet program.

Tip: Filtering your reports helps you find the information you need quickly.

Tip: Qualy handles the complexities of large datasets, ensuring you receive your report efficiently.
