Managing User Access and Permissions in Qualy

You likely collaborate with colleagues. Qualy lets you add them to your account at no extra cost.

How to Manage User Access

  1. Go to User Settings: Navigate to the User Settings page within Qualy.
  2. Click Manage Users: This will display a list of all users associated with your account.
  3. Create or Manage Users: You can either create a new user or manage the existing user permissions.

As a super admin, you have full access to Qualy. However, you can precisely control access for other users.

Controlling User Permissions

You can finely control what each user can access. For example:

  • You can prevent a user from viewing payments entirely.
  • You might allow a user to only see payments created by their team.
  • You can also determine whether a user can edit the payments they can view.

Feel free to experiment with the permissions to find the best settings for your team. Only grant the permissions your staff actually needs. You can adjust these settings whenever necessary.

  • To add a new user, navigate to the User Settings page and click "Manage Users." From there, you can create a new user account.

  • You can change user permissions at any time. Simply go back to the Manage Users section and adjust the permissions as needed.

  • Yes, you can granularly control what each user can see and edit, including payments. You can restrict access to all payments, or allow access only to payments created by their team. You can also control whether they can view or edit these payments.
