Managing Your Teams, Offices, and Branches in Qualy

You can manage your offices and branches within Qualy using the team management feature. This is helpful even if you only have one office but have different internal teams (e.g., operations, sales).

Creating a Team

To create a team, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the team management section within Qualy.
  2. Click “Create a new team”.
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the team creation. You’ll have several options available.

Assigning Team Members and Setting Currency

Once created, you can assign team members to your new team. Crucially, you can also set a preferred currency for the team. >This means when team members create payments, the preferred currency (e.g., AUD) will be pre-selected, saving you time.

Assigning Students to Teams (Future Feature)

Currently, assigning students to teams does not affect what students you can see. However, this is a feature planned for the future. Once implemented, it will help Qualy determine which students specific users can see.

Benefits of Using Team Management

Using Qualy’s team management offers several benefits:

  • Improved Organization: Manage colleagues across different time zones and branches more effectively.
  • Enhanced Reporting: Qualy will generate reports showing which team is associated with a student, aiding internal controls and performance reviews. For example, you’ll be able to see easily how much AUD 1500 was processed by the “Sales Team”.

Remember, the team management feature is a powerful tool to streamline your workflow and improve your overall experience with Qualy. Utilize it to enhance efficiency and reporting.
