You can manage your offices and branches within Qualy using the team management feature. This is helpful even if you only have one office but have different internal teams (e.g., operations, sales).
To create a team, follow these steps:
Once created, you can assign team members to your new team. Crucially, you can also set a preferred currency for the team. >This means when team members create payments, the preferred currency (e.g., AUD) will be pre-selected, saving you time.
Currently, assigning students to teams does not affect what students you can see. However, this is a feature planned for the future. Once implemented, it will help Qualy determine which students specific users can see.
