This guide shows you how to update your business details, branding, and billing information within Qualy.
To edit your business information, colors, and legal details, navigate to the Preferences settings page.
In the Business Details section, you can update the following:

This section is crucial for invoice generation. Qualy uses this information to create invoices for you and your Partnerships.
Important: Accurate legal and billing information is essential for seamless financial processing.
You can also manage your payment methods and view your Qualy invoices in this section. This shows you how much Qualy is charging you for your subscription.
Note: This section only displays invoices related to your Qualy subscription. Invoices related to your client payments are managed separately.
Any changes you make are applied immediately. New emails and invoices will use your updated logo, colors, and business information. You can access and modify this information at any time.
You can access all your Qualy invoices related to your subscription and charges in the Preferences settings page under Payment Methods. This section does not include invoices related to your clients.
Qualy requires your legal name and address for generating invoices for both you and your Partnerships. You should also add your ABN (Australian Business Number) or equivalent tax ID for your country.
Changes are immediate. New emails and invoices will reflect your updated logo, colors, and business information.
