Managing Bank Accounts and Payment Options

This guide explains how to manage your bank account information, payment methods, and payment reminders within Qualy.

Setting Up Your Bank Account

You need to specify the bank account where Qualy will send the money after a student makes a payment. This is set up in the Qualy settings.

Managing Payment Methods

Within your Qualy settings, you can select which payment methods you want to offer to your students. You have the flexibility to turn payment methods on or off at any time. For example, if you don’t want to offer external payment options, simply turn them off.

Customizing Payment Reminders

Qualy allows you to customize the timing of payment reminders sent to your students. You can choose to send reminders:

  • 27 days before the payment is due
  • 27 days after the payment is overdue
  • When the payment becomes overdue

Tip: Consider the types of students you work with when choosing reminder settings. Too many reminders could annoy them, but too few might lead to missed payments.

Organizing Items and Categories for Reporting

Qualy lets you organize payment items (e.g., tuition fees, material fees, enrollment fees) into categories, making reporting much easier. When creating payments, you can select from these pre-defined items for streamlined payment creation.

Applying Late Payment Fees (Super Admins Only)

Super admins have the option to enable late payment fees in Qualy. If a student pays late, Qualy can automatically charge an extra fee.

Important: This feature is only available to super admins. Not all users can access and modify these settings.
