Sending a Payment Link

This guide explains how to send payment links to your students through Qualy. You can choose from several convenient methods.

You can quickly send a payment link using these methods:

  1. WhatsApp: Clicking the WhatsApp icon will open your WhatsApp web app, allowing you to instantly share the payment link with your student.
  2. QR Code: Generate a QR code representing the payment link for convenient sharing with your student.
  3. Direct Link: Copy the payment link provided and send it directly to your student via your preferred method. Qualy also provides a shortened link for easier text messaging.

Sending Reminders Via Email and SMS

Tip: Qualy’s automated reminder system is configured based on your account settings. However, you can send immediate reminders if necessary.

To send an email or SMS reminder immediately:

  1. Locate the payment in Qualy.
  2. Click the ‘Send via email and SMS’ button. Qualy will send the reminder instantly.

If you don’t send a reminder manually, Qualy will automatically send reminders according to your account’s configured schedule (e.g., 1, 3, 7, 14 days before the due date and after it’s overdue).

Tracking Payment Reminders

Qualy provides a comprehensive overview of all payment reminders:

  • Sent Reminders: View a list of all the reminders already sent to your students.
  • Scheduled Reminders: See upcoming reminders that are scheduled to be sent.
  • Suppressed Reminders: Qualy will automatically suppress reminders for payments that are already completed. You can also see a list of suppressed reminders in your Qualy dashboard. For example, if a student paid before a scheduled reminder, Qualy will not send it.

This functionality ensures you have complete control and visibility over the payment process. You’ll always be informed about the status of each payment reminder. For example, you might see reminders scheduled for three days, one day before a payment due date, and for multiple payments at once.

Frequently asked questions.

  • The frequency of payment reminders (e.g., 1, 3, 7, 14 days before and after the due date) is set in your account settings. We have other training videos explaining how to adjust these settings.

  • Qualy automatically suppresses reminders for payments that have already been completed.

  • You can manually send an email or SMS reminder at any time by clicking the appropriate button within the payment details.
