A quick guide to finding and downloading payment receipts in Qualy.
When a student pays, and the payment goes through, they automatically receive a payment receipt via email. However, if you need to access this receipt, you can.
Tip: Most payment methods will automatically generate receipts. However, payments made at the school or your office might require a different process.
The PDF receipt shows all the important payment details.
Note: For payments made at the school or Partnerships office, receipts may not be automatically generated within Qualy. Please contact support if you need assistance with these.
If a student hasn't received their email receipt, you can access and download the receipt for them from the Payments tab within Qualy. You can then forward this receipt to the student.
Receipts for payments made at the school or agent's office may not be automatically generated in Qualy. Contact support if you require assistance.
Payment receipts are available as PDFs, which you can download.
