Qualy also supports other payment methods not directly integrated into the system.
Qualy handles much of the complexity behind the scenes: communicating with the school or agent to automate payment processing. Additional details about this automated process are in a separate video.
Let’s say you want to process a test credit card payment. You’ll add test credit card details, and Qualy will secure the connection and process the payment. The process is shown exactly as the student will see it. The student will confirm the transaction upon completion.
Yes, you can select which payment methods you want to make available for students to use. You have full control over this in your Qualy settings.
If a student's payment fails, Qualy will notify both you and the student. Qualy will also guide the student through correcting any errors.
PayID facilitates real-time transfers. Qualy generates a unique PayID email for each student. The student uses this email address with their online banking to transfer funds directly to Qualy.
Qualy can automatically collect payments from a student's account via direct debit. You can authorize single payments or recurring (future) payments. Qualy will clearly show the student what payments they are authorizing before proceeding.
Qualy allows you to accept other payment methods, like cash. In this case, the student can upload a receipt and you will manually process the payment within the Qualy system.
