A step-by-step guide to adding users to your Partnership's Qualy portal.
This guide explains how to grant portal access to users within your Partnership.
Locate the Partnership: Open the Qualy Partnership you want to add a user to.
Access Contacts and Portal Access: Click on the “Contacts and Portal Access” section.
Add User Details: Add the user’s information:
Main Contact Designation: Decide if this user should be the main contact. If so, you’ll also need to add their date of birth. This is a requirement for payment processing.
Tip: If you don’t know the exact date of birth, enter an approximate date. This won’t affect the user’s portal access or Qualy’s ability to process payments.
Once a user is added, they can access the Partner Portal. You can even directly give them the link to the login page from within the Partnership page.
Locate the Login Link: In the Partnership page, find the “Open Partner Portal login page” link. This is the link you will give to your users.
User Login: Users will enter their email address on this page and receive login details via email.
Important Note: Qualy often includes a pre-logged-in link in communications sent to your users, making it even easier for them to access the Partner Portal.
You can add as many users as you need. There's no limit.
You'll need the user's full name, phone number (optional), and email address. For the main contact, you'll also need their date of birth.
If you don't know the user's date of birth, enter an approximate date. Qualy will still be able to process payments, and the user will have portal access.
Users can log in using the link provided in the partnership page, by entering their email address. They will then receive an email with login instructions. They will also often find a pre-logged-in link in communications from Qualy.
