Adding a Bank Account for Your Partnerships

To send money to your Partnerships (educational agents), you need to provide Qualy with their bank account details. Here’s how:

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Choose the Partnership: Select the Partnership you want to add a bank account for.

  2. Navigate to Banking and Splits: Find the section in Qualy dedicated to managing banking information and payment splits.

  3. Add Bank Account: Click on the option to add a new bank account for the selected Partnership.

  4. Enter Bank Details: You’ll need to provide the following information:

    • Currency: Select the currency (e.g., AUD).
    • Country: Specify the country where the bank account is located (e.g., Australia).
    • Bank Name: Enter the full name of the bank (e.g., School of Life Bank).
    • Account Name: Enter the account name as it appears on the bank statement.
    • Account Number: Enter the bank account number.
    • BSB Number (if applicable): Provide the Bank State Branch (BSB) number if required for the specified country. This information might vary depending on the location.
  5. Save: Once you’ve filled in all the required information, click “Save” to confirm.

Tip: Double-check all bank details for accuracy before saving. Incorrect information will delay or prevent payments.

Now Qualy has the Partnership’s bank account information and is ready to send payments.
