# Your dashboard home

> Where you land, and what every panel is telling you.

## At a glance

- **Intended for:** Everyone
- **Available in:** All plans
- **Reading time:** 3 minutes
- **Last updated:** 31st May 2026

## Quick summary

Home is the first screen you see. It summarises your payments, your payouts and commission (what you're keeping and sending, what's outstanding, overdue or needs investigation), a tax overview, and how your notifications are performing. Quick links jump you to the customer portal, the partner portal, or to book a meeting.

## Overview

**Home** is where you land every time you sign in. It pulls together the numbers you check most often—so you can take the temperature of your account in seconds, then dive into the detail when you need to.

## Your payments at a glance

The **payments overview** summarises incoming money: what's **due this month** and what's already been **collected**. It's the quick version of the full Payments page.

## Your payouts and commission

The payouts overview is an at-a-glance view of your commission and partner shares:

- **What you're keeping** and **what you're sending** to partners
- **To receive** and **outstanding** amounts
- **Overdue by partner**, so you know who to chase
- **Confirmed pending** and anything that **needs investigation**

"Needs investigation" highlights partner amounts that don't add up cleanly—your prompt to take a closer look before paying out.

## Tax overview

See your tax position without running a report: **tax received**, **tax pending** and **total tax**, broken down by **inclusive** and **exclusive**.

## How your messages are doing

A notifications overview shows how your emails and reminders are performing—**emails sent**, **delivery rate**, **open rate**—so you can tell whether customers are actually receiving and reading them.

## Quick links

Jump straight to where you need to go:

- **Customer portal**
- **Partner portal**
- **Book a meeting**

Treat Home as your morning check-in: glance at overdue payouts and "needs investigation," then open the relevant area to act. Everything else you can ignore until it changes.

## Frequently asked questions

### What is the Home screen?

It's the dashboard you land on after signing in—an at-a-glance summary of your payments, payouts and commission, tax, and notification performance, with quick links to the things you use most.

### What does the payments overview show?

A snapshot of your payments, including what's due this month and what's been collected, so you can see the state of incoming money without opening the full Payments page.

### What's in the payouts and commission overview?

An at-a-glance view of your commission and partner shares: what you're keeping and sending, amounts to receive, what's outstanding or overdue by partner, what's confirmed and pending, and anything that needs investigation.

### What does 'needs investigation' mean on the overview?

It flags partner amounts that don't reconcile cleanly and may need you to check them—so nothing slips through unnoticed.

### Is there a tax summary?

Yes. The tax overview shows tax received, tax pending and your total tax, split by inclusive and exclusive, so you can see your tax position at a glance.

### What are the quick links?

Shortcuts from Home to the customer portal, the partner portal, and to book a meeting—so common destinations are one click away.

### Can I see how my reminders and emails are doing?

Yes. A notifications overview shows things like emails sent, delivery rate and open rate, so you can tell whether your messages are reaching customers.

### Is Qualy suitable for a solo agent?

Absolutely. A one-person agency often benefits the most, because the reminders, automatic splits and payouts, and AI import replace the work a whole team would otherwise do. There's also special pricing for solo and small agents, so it fits a smaller budget too.

## Prefer doing this via the Qualy API?
