Giving Access to the Student Portal

Qualy automatically generates a student portal for each contact. Let’s explore how to access and use it.

Accessing the Student Portal

  1. Locate the contact: Find the student’s contact within Qualy.
  2. View contact portal: Click the “View contact portal” button. This will open a new page showing the portal as the student would see it.

Tip: The student portal is pre-designed with your Partnership’s branding (logo and colors).

What Students See in the Portal

The student portal displays a complete history of their payments, including:

  • All payments: Both completed and pending payments are visible.
  • Statement of Account: Students can download a PDF of their statement of account.
  • Payment Receipts: They can view and access receipts for completed payments.
  • Additional Services (if applicable): If you sell additional services (e.g., re-issuance of a Certificate of Enrollment, or additional trips), these can be purchased through the portal.

Tip: The URL for the student portal can be shared directly with the student, or included on your website for easy access.

Student Login

Students access their portal using their email address. They do not need to remember a password, as a unique link is provided to them. Qualy may send this link automatically when a payment plan is created or a payment receipt is issued.

Tip: Make sure students have access to their email address before sending the link!

Using the Student Portal

The student portal is designed for ease of use. Students can quickly access the information they need about their payments and any additional services. They can manage their payments, download important documents, and review their payment history.

Frequently asked questions.

  • Students access their portal using the unique URL provided to them or by clicking a link sent via email. They log in using their email address; they don't need a password. Qualy may automatically send this link when a payment plan is generated or a receipt is sent.

  • Yes, the portal displays your Partnership's logo and colors, creating a consistent brand experience for your students.

  • Students can view all their payments (completed and pending), download statements of account as PDFs, and view payment receipts. If you offer additional services, these will also be visible and purchasable through the portal.
