Sending Commission to Sub-agents or Master Agents

This guide explains how to easily split commissions with sub-agents or master agents using Qualy.

Step-by-Step Guide

Let’s say you have a payment of USD 1500, and your commission is USD 525. You want to send a portion of this commission to a sub-agent. Here’s how:

  1. Navigate to the payment: Go to the payment page for the relevant student.

  2. Select the Partnership: Choose the sub-agent or master agent you wish to share commission with from your list of Partnerships.

  3. Specify the Commission Split: Qualy provides options to specify the split. For example, you can choose to send a percentage (e.g., 10% of USD 525, which is approximately USD 52).

  4. Choose whether to include tax: You can choose to include or exclude tax from the commission split.

  5. Save: Once you’ve entered your desired split, click “Save”.

How it Works

Qualy will deduct the specified percentage from your commission and send it to your sub-agent. This doesn’t affect the amount you send to the school. Instead of receiving the full USD 525, you’ll receive USD 473 (USD 525 - USD 52), with USD 52 sent to your sub-agent.

Tip: This feature allows you to easily manage various partnership relationships, including referral marketing, sub-agent, and master-agent arrangements.

Tip: Remember to accurately record your agreements with your partners regarding commission splits to avoid disputes.

Managing different types of relationships

This simple process lets you manage various commission sharing structures. Whether it’s a sub-agent, master agent, or even a counselor who gets a part of the commission, Qualy handles the complexities, ensuring a clear and transparent payment process for everyone involved.

Frequently asked questions.

  • Qualy automatically calculates the split based on the percentage you specify.

  • You can choose to exclude tax from the commission split. Simply uncheck the tax option when setting up the split.

  • No, splitting your commission does not affect the amount sent to the school. Only the amount you receive will be adjusted.
