Managing Your Commissions in Qualy

This guide explains how to manage your commission payments within the Qualy platform. You can access commission details and perform various actions through the “Payments” or “Payout” tabs.

Accessing and Managing a Commission Split

  1. Navigate to either the “Payments” or “Payout” tab within Qualy.
  2. Open the specific commission split you want to manage. Qualy will display all relevant information.

Invoice Management

If invoice generation is enabled for your Partnership, you can:

  1. Generate an Invoice: Click the “Generate Invoice” button to create a PDF invoice. You can download it at any time.

  2. Send an Invoice: Instead of manually saving and emailing the PDF, click “Send invoice to [partner name]”. This sends the invoice automatically via email to your partner.

Tip: Sending invoices directly through Qualy saves time and ensures your partners receive them promptly.

Updating Payment Status

You have the option to update the payment status of your commission split:

  1. Mark as Paid: If you’ve paid your commission outside of Qualy, click “Mark as Paid”. This updates the invoice status within the Qualy system.
  2. Mark as Unpaid: If a payment is mistakenly marked as paid, you can change the status back to “unpaid.”

Additional Options

  • Removing a Split: You can remove the split, though the available options depend on the current status of the split (e.g., paid, unpaid).
  • Changing the Due Date: You can modify the due date of the invoice.
  • Contacting Support: If you need assistance, you can reach out to Qualy support directly from the commission split page. Simply select a topic and our team will contact you.

Tip: Qualy hides options that are not currently applicable to prevent confusion.

Important: Qualy simplifies commission management by handling much of the complex banking and international payment processes for you.

Frequently asked questions.

  • To generate an invoice, open the specific commission split in Qualy's Payments or Payout tab. If invoice generation is enabled for that Partnership, you'll see an option to generate it. Click to generate and download the invoice.

  • Once an invoice is generated, you can send it directly to your partner via email by clicking the "Send invoice to [partner name]" button.

  • If you've received your commission outside of Qualy, you can mark the commission as "paid" within the Qualy system. This updates the invoice status and provides a record of the payment.

  • Yes, you can modify the due date on a commission invoice as needed.
