Easily manage bonus payments and enrollment fees for both agents and schools.
It’s common for Partnerships to receive bonuses, such as flat fees or a percentage of the enrollment fee. Qualy makes managing these bonuses simple. This guide shows you how to handle bonus payments for both schools and Partnerships.
Let’s say you’re a Partnership keeping a commission of EUR 525. If the enrollment fee also belongs to you, you can set this up in Qualy:
Tip: Qualy might initially show a negative value if taxes are included. Remove the tax to get an accurate representation of the bonus.
Once the student pays, Qualy will automatically send you the bonus and the invoice to the school. You don’t need to do anything further.
If you want to send a bonus payment to the school instead of keeping it, the process is similar:
Tip: You can adjust payment splits at any time, as long as the student payment is not yet processed.
Qualy will then send the appropriate amount to the school, handling all of the invoicing automatically. If you don’t want to send a bonus to the school, simply remove the relevant payment split.
Let’s imagine an enrollment fee of EUR 1500. You want to keep EUR 525 as commission and send the remaining EUR 975 to the school.
Step 1: Create a payment split for the school’s share (EUR 975). You might set this as 65% of the total fee.
Step 2: Create another payment split for your EUR 525 commission. Set this to 35% or manually set the amount to EUR 525.
Qualy handles the calculations and transfers the payments automatically.
Yes, you can adjust bonus amounts as needed as long as the payment hasn't been processed.
Qualy allows you to include or exclude tax in the bonus calculation. Make sure to set this up correctly within the payment split settings.
Qualy automatically sends invoices to the school, reflecting the correct amounts after the bonus has been deducted. You don't need to manually create separate invoices.
