Our pricing philosophy
When you invoice 1,000 AUD, you receive 1,000 AUD. No surprises.
We never charge a percentage of the payment from you. Only flat fees, and only when necessary.
We aim to give you the most competitive foreign exchange rates in the market.
When students pay in a different currency from your payout currency, we apply competitive FX rates.

The exchange rate is indicative and may vary. The final rate will be confirmed before the payment is made or received.
We pull rates from external providers using public APIs, so they might not always be perfectly up-to-date. We do our best to clean them up and show you the effective rate, including fees and any extra costs.
Allow Brazilian students to split their tuition payments into monthly installments with competitive interest rates.
You get paid in full immediately with no credit default risk to your business.
When marked with S (Student pays), the processing fee is added on top of the payment amount — the student sees and pays the fee. When marked with M (Merchant pays), the fee is deducted from the amount you receive. Some merchant fees can optionally be passed to the student.
For bank transfers and similar methods, you pay a small flat fee per transfer we send — not a percentage of the amount. A $100 or $100,000 transfer costs the same. If you split a payment to multiple recipients (e.g., yourself + a school), you pay one fee per transfer. Keep it all yourself? Just one fee.
Fees are only charged on successful transactions. If a payment fails or is refunded, you won't be charged the processing fee.
Some payment methods, like 'Paid at Partner' or external bank transfers, don't flow through our payment processing, so we can't split those funds automatically. You'll need to handle distribution manually.
No. The fees shown are what you pay. There are no setup fees, monthly fees, or hidden charges. You only pay when you successfully receive a payment.
For some payment methods (like Direct Debit), you have the option to pass the fee to the student. This will be shown as 'Can pass to student' on the pricing card. Card fees are typically always paid by the student.
