Qualy resolves the complexity of chasing payments from students on payment plans all whilst ensuring that our partners get reimbursed swiftly (instantaneously) and in the same fashion. The Qualy team has constantly made themselves available to our entire team – Admissions, Finance, Students Services and Recruitment and been there to support our partner agents through each step.
Student payments
You can choose which payment methods are available, and the student can choose which one to use. Qualy will automatically reconcile the payments and send you a notification, no matter the payment method.
Create one-off payments, payment plans, or schedules. No matter how you work, it's easy to create payments. If you have custom and complex payment plans, you can also create templates to help your staff productivity.
Qualy will send automatic payment reminders to your students. You can choose the frequency, the content, and the branding. You can also send payment reminders via email and SMS.
Let your students pay their tuition fees with direct debit. All they need is their BSB and account number or PayID. Qualy uses PayTo for direct debits, which is the cheapest and easiest way to collect payments via direct debit. There are no fees for direct debit setup, and no fees in case the student has insufficient funds either.
The student can pay using different payment methods, and you will receive the money in your bank account instantly. Qualy doesn't hold your money.
Commission payments
When the student pays, Qualy will pay your education agent automatically. If the student pays via cash or other payment method that it's not Qualy, you can still pay your agent with Qualy. If you decide to wait before paying your education agent, you can do that too.
You can set up special commission rates, bonuses, and discounts for your education agents. Qualy will automatically calculate the commission and pay your education agents.
Choose if you want to generate tax invoices on behalf of your education agents. RCTIs and Tax Invoices are available and are generated without extra steps. A remittance advice is also created whenever Qualy sends your education agent's commission.
Managing ed. agents
Every education agent has their own portal to check their students, payments, and download documents. They can login 24/7. All invoices are available. They can also update their bank account and agent information.

We accept payments from internationally issued credit cards. At this stage we can only payout to Australian based bank accounts, but this will be changing in early 2023, where we will then be able to payout globally.
