No re-keying. - **Status:** available today ## How it works 1. **RTO Manager holds the truth** — Students, courses, the payment schedule and the agent on each enrolment. Students, courses and schedules are never edited by Qualy. - **Won't rewrite history** — You choose how many days back and forward to read. Anything outside that window is never touched. - **Won't invent a commission** — The rate and its GST come from the schedule itself. If the schedule says nothing, no split is created. - **Won't work outside Australia** — RTO Manager is an Australian system and this integration works in Australian dollars only. - **Won't merge two students who share an email** — Students are matched on their RTO Manager ID. If two share an address, both stay separate and are flagged for you. If your setup needs something this page does not list, ask us. Most of what is on this page started as a customer asking. ## Setup **Nothing in RTO Manager is written to.** The integration reads your payment schedule report. It cannot edit a student, a course or a schedule. 1. Give Qualy an RTO Manager sign-in with access to the payment schedule report. 2. Choose how many days back and forward to read. 3. Watch the first read, then approve what it created. Available on every plan ## Capabilities - RTO Manager payment schedule rows become Qualy payments with their due dates - Agent on the schedule becomes a Qualy partner with a commission split, GST included - Fees paid in RTO Manager are receipted in Qualy so nobody chases a paid student - Students matched on their RTO Manager ID, with their photo - Courses and CoE numbers carried through as orders ## Questions ### Does Qualy write anything into RTO Manager? No. Every call is a read of your payment schedule report. Nothing in RTO Manager is created or edited by Qualy. ### How often does it read? Every three hours. RTO Manager has no way to notify us of a change, so Qualy checks on a schedule rather than waiting to be told. ### Which system is the source of truth? RTO Manager, for students, courses and the schedule. Qualy is the source of truth for money: what was collected, what is owed and what each agent is due. ### What about students who share an email address? They stay separate. Matching is on the RTO Manager student ID, and where an address genuinely collides the second student is created with a distinct address and flagged for you. ### What if my setup needs something this page doesn't list?
