Qualy is a payment platform used by schools and education agencies. We help students to pay their tuition fee in an easy and transparent way, most importantly, we help you avoid late payment fees, by processing your payment instantly. We also help schools to allocate their payments to their right student and course. ## Student Faq ### Paying your tuition fee You can pay using different payment methods. We've prepared a few videos to show you how. ### Categories - **Payment methods:** Learn how each payment method works on Qualy. #### About my payment Common questions about payments, receipts, and processing times. - **What happens after I pay via Qualy:** You will receive a payment receipt via email, which you can also download in PDF. Once Qualy receives your payment, it is automatically and instantly sent to your school and/or agency. Qualy never holds your money. - **Does Qualy cost me anything:** No. When you pay via Qualy you don't pay extra fees, unless you are paying with debit/credit cards. Your school and/or agency pays Qualy, so it's easier for you to pay your tuition fee. - **How long until my school receives my payment:** Most payments are processed instantly. For bank transfers using BSB and account number, it may take up to 1 business day. Your school sees the payment in real time once it's processed. - **Can I get a receipt for my payment:** Yes. After every payment, Qualy sends you an email receipt. You can also download a PDF receipt from your payment confirmation page at any time. - **What if I paid the wrong amount:** Contact your school or education agency. They can work with Qualy to arrange a refund or adjust your balance. Qualy does not process refunds directly to students. - **Can I pay from any country:** Yes. Qualy supports payments from many countries using different methods. The available payment methods depend on your school's configuration and your location. - **What currency will I be charged in:** It depends on the payment method. Card payments may be charged in the currency of your school (e.g. AUD). Some methods like PIX allow you to pay in your local currency with automatic conversion. #### Security & transparency How Qualy protects your payment and personal information. - **Is Qualy safe to use:** Yes, all communication with our servers is encrypted, and we comply with privacy and security practices, including PCI-DSS, which protects your debit/credit card information. - **How does Qualy protect my card information:** Qualy is PCI-DSS compliant, meaning we follow the highest industry standards for handling card data. Your card details are never stored on our servers. - **Will Qualy share my personal information:** No. Qualy only shares payment-related information with your school or education agency so they can process your enrolment. We never sell or share your data with third parties. - **How do I know my payment went to the right place:** Qualy sends your payment directly to your school or agency's verified bank account. You receive a receipt confirming who received the payment and the amount. - **What if I suspect a fraudulent payment page:** Always access your payment link from your school or education agency. Check that the URL contains your school's name. We facilitate the transfer of your payment from your bank account or card to your school's bank account. They work directly with Qualy and can help resolve any payment issues quickly. - **Does Qualy work with my school:** If you received a payment link from your school or agency that uses Qualy, then yes.
