From tuition fee, OSHC, to visa payments; get paid from students, pay schools, agents, and more. ## NexPay helps you receive payments from students, but it doesn't automate your accounting back-office. Qualy is a payment platform that works with NexPay to automate your accounting. From your NexPay sales and installments, Qualy will send payment reminders to your students, and receive payments from them. It will also pay your schools, master/sub-agents, and more. Students can choose between multiple payment methods, and the school will receive the net payment automatically and instantly or your agent will receive their commission, also automatically. ## Table #### Receiving payments - **Payment reminders:** Out-of-the-box payment reminders that you can select the frequency and the message. Plus, you can choose to send reminders when the payment is overdue. - **Receive payments from your students:** Receive payments from international students instantly, 24/7, 365 days a year. - **Give your students multiple payment options:** Let students pay their tuition fees, material fees, and OSHC payments via PayID, credit card, BSB&account number, PayTo direct debit, and more. It's their choice. - **Automatic payment reconciliation:** All your payments appear in your bank statement with the student's name, and/or their enrollment number. NexPay helps you manually reconcile your payments. - **Sync with Xero and Quickbooks:** Qualy syncs with Xero and Quickbooks, so you can reconcile your payments automatically. - **Student portal & payment history:** Students can access their payment history and download their receipts from their Qualy account. They can also download a PDF with their full payment history. NexPay provides limited support for downloading and visualizing payment history in the student portal. - **Issue receipts automatically:** When your student pays, you get the money and they get a receipt. It's automatically in their email, and they can download in PDF. NexPay issues receipts when the student pays via NexPay, Qualy can also issue receipts when the payment was received via other methods (e.g. cash). - **Sell your services in your student portal:** Make special services available only to your students via the student portal. NexPay doesn't have a way to sell services via the student portal. - **Sell your services in your website (Ecommerce):** List your services in your website, and let leads and students purchase them. NexPay can't integrate with your website to help you sell services. - **Domestic payments:** Qualy can also help you with domestic payments. NexPay is only for international payments. - **International payments:** Currently only Australian payment methods are avaialble (PayID, PayTo, BSB&account number, and credit card). International credit cards are supported too. NexPay provides more options for cross-border payments. #### Paying colleges and commission management - **Send net payments automatically:** Receive the full payment from the student. Send the net payment to the school automatically and instantly. Keep your commission and bonuses. NexPay can help you with that by manually splitting a payment into multiple beneficiaries. - **Bonuses and sales rep. commissions:** Pay bonuses to your partners or commissions to your sales reps. and staff. You can set up the payment rules and Qualy will do the rest. NexPay can help you with that by manually splitting a payment into multiple beneficiaries. - **Automatically send commission invoices:** Qualy can send invoices to your partners and schools automatically. NexPay doesn't generate the invoice for you. - **Send signed LOOs automatically:** If you are an education agency, you can choose to send signed LOOs to your schools automatically when the student pays. NexPay is not capable of sending signed LOOs to your schools. - **Pay your master and sub-agents automatically:** Master and sub-agent commission management with autoamtic payments. Qualy is the first of its kind. And it's ready to handle complex relationships. NexPay can help you with that by manually splitting a payment into multiple beneficiaries. #### Managing agreements - **Manage your school or agent agreements:** Add your commission rates, key contacts, documents and more. Qualy and NexPay can help you with that. - **Store your contracts documents in one place:** Store your contracts and agreements in one place, and access them whenever you need them. - **Manage your sub-agents:** Manage your sub-agents and their agreements. Qualy and NexPay can help you with that. - **Manage your master agents:** Manage your master-agents agreements. Qualy and NexPay can help you with that. - **Manage sales representive commission and bonuses:** Manage your sales representive commission and bonuses. Pay them automatically and extract performance reports. NexPay is not capable of paying them automatically. - **Partner portal:** Your partners can access their payment history and download invoices and remittance advice from the partner portal. NexPay provides limited support for downloading and visualizing payment history in the partner portal. #### Others - **API:** Qualy has a full API available at no extra cost. - **Flexible reporting:** NexPay and Qualy both have flexible reporting. With NexPay you can also create custom reports. - **Templates:** NexPay doesn't have customizable templates that helps you create payment plans easily. With Qualy you can also create templates for your payment reminders and payment plans. ## Frequently asked questions. - **Which payment methods are available:** It depends on the country, but at a minimum, credit and debit cards are supported. In some countries like Brazil, we offer Pix, Boleto, and local credit cards with installments. In Australia, we have direct debit, PayID, and more. We are always adding new payment methods. - **What about international payments:** We do accept international payments! Students can pay in over 141 currencies. Qualy handles currency conversion and reconciliation. - **Do you help me setup the system:** Yes. We will work with you to ensure you are up and running with the system quickly. It is simple to use and we are committed to your success. - **Can we connect Qualy to our business tools:** Yes you can. We have our full API available at no extra cost. - **How many splits can you have for each payment:** After each payment is received, you can split (payout) the funds as many times as you like. - **Can I cancel at anytime:** Yes. We don’t do lock in contracts.
